PRE-ORDER ITEMS

The advised delivery date for pre-order items is an estimate only and may be subject to change, also note that pre-order styles are pre-production therefore not guaranteed and could be cancelled. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity if there are any revisions to your order.

 

DELIVERY DETAILS

All shipping services and charges are detailed below. We will automatically select the best option available for you at checkout. Orders paid for by 2:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday*. 
Delivery is next working day for UK customers * (not guaranteed), other countries vary. 
*Excluding Bank & Public Holidays, and Cyber Week Sale Periods.

 

CLICK & COLLECT 

Order online & collect from our Manchester showroom. This service is free of charge, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ from the service options at the checkout. Orders will be available to collect from Monday-Friday between 1pm-18-30pm. We require a 4-hour processing window to pick/pack the order, for example, if your order is placed at 10am, it will be ready to collect at 2pm.

We require Photographic ID and a copy of your invoice to be produced upon collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, we will need to be notified via email prior to collection. Failure to do this will prevent you from receiving the order.

UK Next Working Day* (1 working day) = from £10, Free on orders over £400* (this is excluding VAT)

UK Zone 3 – from £15 includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes – BT, IM, TR21-25.
